While obviously a significant step - home owners can certainly consider this - particularly using an equity loan. The equivalence is to purchasing a new car and what that costs - but for that you do not qualify for all the tax breaks!

It is clear that there are direct ways technology can work at the community level, and this highlights one such opportunity.
